Regular guy goes from 5k's to Ironman and further

"The little ones just didn't satisfy me, so I pushed for the 1/2 and full marathon and loved them." John began to train harder. An injury during his training forced him onto a bike and it was only so long before he was in the water training for triathlons and eventually competing in the Ironman.
John now lives with his wife in Newport Beach, Florida. With the support of his faith, his family and a trainer John continues to push himself, never satisfied with being complacent. After finishing his first Ironman, John was far from being done. "The goal was to drop off 3 hours off the last attempt." John reached that goal.
